I read every book and did every course and training I could find and all of them seem to come to the same conclusion weight loss has nothing to do with your body, but rather about your state of mind. A diet is the most mental challenge of all, people who diet constantly tell everyone how impossible their diet is and how much they hate it and eventually after losing 10kg they pick up 12kg again. If you change the way you think about weight loss as something to be excited about you will actually like it and you won't eat too much because you don't want to instead of dieting, which means you are drooling but you are prohibited by this illusion of the diet.

Two days before one of my bodybuilding shows I sat in complete shame and misery, I have eaten an entire box of doughnuts, a slab of chocolate and drank an energy drink I could simply not believe that I sabotaged my whole year of working hard in one moment of weakness.
But what I realized at that moment is the way my body felt was way worse than my emotional stress. I was really tired, my stomach turned, I felt bloated like an air balloon and dizzy. Those are just some of the stuff we feel daily without even realizing it because we are so used to eating unhealthy.
All those stuff I just mentioned is but an introduction of the list that sugar does. But it was mostly because I ate so much at once. So yet again it's about eating balanced rather than cutting off all sugar because your body can't function without it. You have to eat all things just balanced and in proportion.
I went and took another look at my meal plan and made it more precise and made a discovery than all human bodies work differently. In my studies there are a few body types, different food have different effects on them. There is also another variable like blood type and allergies that are to be taken into consideration.
So then I created a meal plan to accompany all body types, allergies etc.. All I can say is the results were amazing and made a huge difference
I thought about my experience this morning and felt I should share it.
